about me

My name is Stephanie... and that's my handsome husband, Craig.  We are a military family, which means I follow his career and start over wherever the Air Force sends us.  For now we find ourselves in Nebraska, but we claim Tennessee as home.

Craig and I have two sweet little baby cats: Kingston, an orange tabby who is about 7-years old, and Genevieve, a fluffball of a lilac point Siamese who just hit 1-year old.

I studied Business Graphics (Graphic Design) for a year at CNM Community College in Albuquerque.  I also studied Business Management, Elementary Education, and even Liberal Arts for a bit while I was trying to figure out where my heart would lead me for a career.     

I started truly looking at photography as a business in 2010 while I was working in Risk Management.  About that time we found out that we were relocating to Portugal.  So, I spent two years on an island off Portugal, developing my craft and bonding with so many people as I watched their families grow before my lens.  

We relocated to Nebraska in August of 2012.  The scenery here is breathtaking and the hospitality is amazing.  If only the snow didn't stick around so long, but it sure does make for pretty photos when it first falls!
